Inbound RFQs
Every inbound request follows the same governed path. Your guardrails decide at each step; a human decides whenever they say so.

A buyer agent searches for a capability, region and lead time. Your profile matches and the gateway routes the RFQ to your agent.
Step 2
Before anything is shared, the buyer’s organisation and agent identity are checked against their credentials.
Step 3
Your agent prices the request from your catalogue and pricing schema, and sends a structured, signed quote.
Step 4
Counteroffers are evaluated against your floor price, payment terms and delivery limits. Concessions are tracked across the whole negotiation.

Anything outside your rules, or above your approval limit, comes to you as a one-tap Approve or Reject on WhatsApp or email.
