Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Twixt (“we”, “us”). By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

This site describes Twixt and runs a waitlist. The product is not available yet. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.

Joining is free. A place on the waitlist does not guarantee access, a date or a price.

We may open access in stages and in the order we choose. You can leave the waitlist at any time.

Each verified referral moves you up 5 spots, capped at #1. A verified referral is a new signup with your code that passes email validation and normalisation, dedupe, the disposable-domain check, the honeypot and the rate limit. Self-referrals, including plus and dot variants of your own address, don’t count.

We may correct positions that result from errors or abuse. We may remove signups that break these terms.

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. If you join on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to.

Demos on this site are simulations. Companies, people and prices in them are illustrative. They are not market data or advice.

Don’t use bots or scripts to sign up. Don’t create fake or disposable signups. Don’t try to break, overload or scrape the site.

Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, WhatsApp and other names belong to their owners. We mention them as plain text only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

The text, design and visuals on this site belong to Twixt or its licensors. Please don’t copy them without permission.

The site and the waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, suspend or remove them at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Twixt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim about the site or the waitlist is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn’t take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date at the top.
